When are your programs and services offered?

During the coronavirus pandemic, all programs and services will be offered virtually/on-line only. All New Beginnings program participants are required to register on-line with us and select an available appointment time from the pre-approved virtual tutor schedule, and listing. In-person scheduling will resume later in 2021. Yes, New Beginnings programs and services are offered twelve months out of a year. However, the Center will be closed for all Montgomery Public School Board of Education scheduled holidays.

Does New Beginnings guarantee results?

No, our programs have been implemented to help the participants help themselves. Success depends on the person's background, intellectual curiosity, cognitive ability, study habits and discipline. However, children who consistently participate in our After-School tutoring and mentoring programs generally receive improved grades, improved attendance and improved self-confidence.
